During early access, this explains the lightweight data we collect while we invite teams into the beta.
What we collect
If you request access, we collect your email address and basic submission context so we can follow up. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include.
How we use it
We use beta-request information to manage invitations, understand demand, and respond to questions. We do not sell early-access contact information.
Product data
If you install our observer snippet, we receive aggregated records of which analytics events fire on your site - event names and parameter keys only, never the values - so it does not carry your visitors’ personal data. For this data we act as a processor on your behalf; detailed handling, including any site scan or tracking audit, is agreed with each customer.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our agreement with you (managing beta access and providing the service), for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, on the basis of your consent where we ask for it, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Data retention
We keep beta-request and contact data only as long as needed to manage invitations and respond to you, and then for any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Cookies
The marketing site and app use strictly necessary cookies to function - for example, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. If we introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email marcus@trackmatic.com. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY - imy.se).
